Make your giving go twice as far by donating to Cardiac Health during the Big Give Christmas Challenge

The Big Give Christmas Challenge 2025 begins on Tuesday 2 December and runs for a week, until Tuesday 9 December.

During this week every £1 you donate will be doubled by the Big Give – but donations must be made through the Big Give Christmas Challenge website to be doubled!

What will we do with your donations?

We’ve been part of our community for 50 years in 2026 and we hope to use Big Give Christmas Challenge donations to support 50 new exercisers from induction through to graduation in 2026.

By using our purpose-built facility in Alton exercisers can regain confidence, stay active and take control of their health – guided by skilled instructors and tailored programmes with medical oversight. Working alongside local healthcare professionals, we deliver trusted, evidence-based exercise programmes that prevent illness, support recovery and address complex long-term conditions, going far beyond ordinary fitness centres.
