Can you design a heartfelt thank you card for us?
In 2025 we changed our name from Cardiac Rehab to Cardiac Health to reflect how the way we deliver our programme has evolved as our mission has expanded.
To celebrate our new name and new logo we are inviting children from Alton FC and local schools to design a ‘Heartfelt thank you card’ for our charity.
We’re inviting all creative kids aged 3–11 to take part in our exciting competition! Your challenge? Design a thank you card featuring a heart.
Whether you love drawing, painting, or crafting, this is your chance to let your imagination shine! Your design could be bright and bold, sweet and simple, or full of fun patterns – it’s completely up to you.
