Certified Courses

The following courses are certified by NUCO training and certificates are valid for three years.

Emergency First Aid at Work (Level 3)

This level 3 course is valid for three years and meets employers’ legal obligations and is compliant with Resuscitation Council (UK) 2015 Guidelines. After completing the six-hour course learners will have knowledge of first aid for workplace situations.

We are running courses between 12:00 and 18:00 on the following dates:

Monday 1 June 2026
Monday 7 September 2026
Monday 7 December 2026

Basic Life Support (Level 3)

This course is suitable for anyone who is interested in dealing with an unconscious casualty who is breathing normally, or not. The three-hour course covers managing an incident, maintaining an open airway for a breathing casualty and resuscitation (CPR) for a casualty who is not breathing normally.

Non-Certified Courses

Our non-certified courses provide a thorough understanding of basic first aid techniques.

Introduction to CPR and defibrillation

This 2-hour course covers the basics of CPR including guidance on using an automated external defibrillator (AED) in an emergency situation.

This course give a thorough understanding of basic first aid, but does not lead to a First Aid certificate.
