On the 18 April we will be taking on 'The Windsor 50 Ultra Challenge' which is a 1 day walking challenge. We would love to raise funds for Cardiac Health in the process as we have witnessed first hand the amazing support it offers those with health conditions (from Stroke recovery to age related mobility difficulties) remain active. It is such a great community resource and we are inspired by their mission of "Fitness for Life"
