To make your ticket money work to the best advantage of the Charity we have split the ticket price into two parts. The cost of the evening is £5.00 with a voluntary donation of £25. We may then claim Gift Aid on the donation if you have a valid gift aid declaration with us. If you are unsure, please complete this form to give us an up to date declaration, or inform us if you are not eligible for gift aid.
