Are you a passionate Level 4 Cardiac Rehabilitation Exercise Instructor (BACPR qualified) ready to make a real difference in people’s lives?

Or a Level 3 Fitness Instructor looking to take your career to the next tier?

We’re seeking a dedicated and motivated self-employed instructor to deliver safe, effective, and engaging exercise sessions for individuals living with or recovering from cardiovascular and other long-term health conditions.

As a Level 4 instructor you will:

  • Design and lead tailored cardiac rehab exercise programs for clients referred from NHS rehabilitation programmes and GPs for prevention of heart disease

  • Conduct individual assessments and monitor progress in line with clinical guidelines

  • Provide advice, encouragement, and ongoing support to help clients achieve their health goals

  • Deliver sessions at our purpose built Specialist Exercise Centre in Alton, with 60+ hours a week of exercise sessions reaching 1000+ people a year

This is a rare opportunity to join the largest cardiac rehabilitation team in the south east, at a leading edge provider of cardiac, cancer, pulmonary and covid rehabilitation, as we expand our services.

Specific opportunities exist on Monday and Tuesday, with flexible working at other times – but we are open to negotiation over days/times.

This is a self employed contract role paying £25.80 ph.
