Cardiac Rehabilitation
It is really important to keep on exercising long-term to retain your fitness once you have completed your NHS Phase III cardiac rehabilitation classes. Exercise will keep your heart healthy and has lots of other benefits including:

On our cardiac rehabilitation programme you will be exercising with people who have been through similar experiences or who are working to prevent heart health issues. We encourage all our exercisers to continue exercising with us for life as the benefits really do speak for themselves
