Is there a charge?
Cardiac Health is a charity, we are not part of the NHS.
We do make a charge for our services which partly pays for the costs of running the charity.
What are the fees?
We are not funded by the NHS or government and so we make a charge to use our facilities and towards the cost of our programmes for those who benefit from our expertise. We strive to keep the costs down and fundraise to offset the costs of running our facility.

Assessment & Induction

Concessions
A concessionary rate on all the above charges is available for people in receipt of the following benefits:
Income-based Jobseeker’s Allowance
Income-related Employment and Support Allowance

Pension Credit
Tax Credits (Child Tax Credit and Working Tax Credit)
Housing Benefit
Council Tax Support
Social Fund (Sure Start Maternity Grant, Funeral Payment, Cold Weather Payment)
Universal Credit.
You will be asked to provide proof you receive the benefit – please ask at Reception for further information or an application form.
